The president of Somaliland, H.E Musa Bihi Abdi, has spoken about the outrageous bombing of Buuhoodle town by unknown people. The head of state sent his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. This is according to a terse statement received by the Somaliland News Agency which read.
“The president of the republic of Somaliland is with the people of Buhoodle during this trying moment of their history. On behalf of the people of Somaliland I send my condolences to the people of Somaliland and in particular the families of the bereaved. The country is behind you at this time if mourning. I pray to Almighty Allah to rest the soul of the dead in eternal peace and grant the bereaved families patience and faith at this sad moment of their lives.”

The president ordered the security forces to go to the bottom of this case and find clues of those involved in this heinous crime of instilling terror amongst the Buhoodle population.
“The government of Somaliland will not entertain anybody out to wreck havoc the security, peace and tranquility of her people and will use a rod of steel to bring the perpetrators of this terror act to book,” The president said.
