Veteran Horn Cable TV cameraman Mohamed Daud Yusuf and two employees at the Finance Ministry, Weli Daud Egal (Planning Director) and Musa Ali Dualeh (police escort), who died on the spot in a road accident on the Hargeisa -Berbera highway on 28 June 2015 have been laid to rest at the Nassa Hablood cemetry Hargeisa on Monday.
The state funeral was attended by a number of Ministers led by the Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Abdullahi Zeyli’i, Parliamentarians, the media and a thousands of friends and relatives whi wished them adieu on this blessed, Ramadan day.
The accident occurred at 6 p.m near Halaya, east of Hargeisa on Sunday. The SUV vehicle driven of the deceased was driven by the Director of planning Department at the Ministry of Finance Wali Daud Egal when their vehicle collided head-on with an over speeding water tanker truck.
