Somali security forces last night until early this morning carried out a security operation in Banadir region’s 
Dharkeenley district in which several people were arrested.
a senior district official, Mr. Mohammed Adam told the media that the security forces nabbed several key suspects.
Ahmed added that the suspects were taken to a local police station for interrogation and those found guilty would be prosecuted.
Several assassinations of government officials and civilians took place in Dharkeynley District the latest of which was the killing of a local Quran teacher in the area two days ago.
