In the 1960s there were strong ties forged between the former Soviet Union and many countries in Africa. Those ties didn’t endure – but now Russia seems to be rekindling old friendships on the continent. In the final episode of this series of What’s Up Africa, satirist Ikenna Azuike says he thinks he knows why.
