Pakistan Army claim to have killed Taliban members and destroyed their hideouts in northwestern Pakistan.
At least 25 suspected Taliban members were killed and several injured in Pakistan army air strikes on Wednesday.
A senior military official said, on condition of anonymity, that the strikes targeted hideouts belonging to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan members network and the allied Lashkar group in the northwestern Khyber Agency.
The official said six hideouts and a cache of weapons and ammunition were destroyed.
The Pakistan army began its operations in the Khyber Agency in October 2014, following a June operation to push militants from the adjoining North Waziristan tribal area.
