Elders, Intellectuals, religious have Minister of Healeth Hon Suleiman Isse Ahmed (Haglatosiye) for his relentless efforts to bring peace and development to the eastern regions of Somaliland during a press conference held in Hargeisa today.
Traditional King Mohamed Osman Nur said, “First of all we commend the government of Somaliland for its efforts in promoting peace in the eastern regions and we say you are proceeding in the right track when pursuing peace,”
Sultan Said Mohamed Abdi said Hon Saleban had since joining the Somaliland government has a significant contribution to the promotion of an enduring national peace founded on justice, self-determination, diversity, and harmony, achieved through cooperative and non-violent means in the violate Eastern region.
“We (Elders) reckon his effort which gives disadvantaged students and adults the opportunities they need to build a better future through by laying the foundations for a lasting stability and peace in a region where peace has been elusive in the past”, Sultan Abdi Nassir Sultan Ismael said.
The elders said, the current health minister has invested much in promoting 
consciousness, values and wisdom for creating peace, initiating development projects and building cooperation among individuals and organizations across diverse fields in the both Sool and Buhoodle regions.
Among the traditional elders present at the press conference were traditional King Ali Hussein Kahin, Sultan Abdi Nassir Sultan Ismael, Sultan Said Mohamed Abdi, Sheik Abdikadir Sheik Omer Jama and Chief Agil Abdillahi Hassan Warsame.
