Hargeisa, (Somaliland Monitor) -Legendary singer Mohamed Ahmed Kuluc, Somali speaking people’s most renowned singer has on Saturday, passed away in Hargeisa Group Hospital after a long battle with a chronic illness.
He had been ill for the past few months and was in Hargeisa Group hospital for a chronic illness. His funeral is due to take place tomorrow.
The late Mohamed Ahmed Kuluc, whose career spanned more than 50 years, was known for his raspy voice, rose to fame in late 1950. For the past two decades Kuluc has been living in Britain.
